Welcome to NexoWork. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General Use
NexoWork is an online platform that connects clients and freelancers for digital services. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
2. User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate and complete information
- Each user is responsible for maintaining account security
- NexoWork reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate rules
3. Posting Jobs
Clients must:
- Provide clear and accurate job descriptions
- Set a realistic budget
- Deposit funds before work begins (Escrow system)
NexoWork is not responsible for unclear or misleading job descriptions.
4. Freelancers Responsibilities
Freelancers agree to:
- Deliver work as described in the job
- Provide proof of work (files, links, screenshots)
- Meet deadlines
Failure to meet these conditions may result in non-payment.
5. Payments
- All payments must be made through the platform
- Funds are held securely until job completion
- Payments are released after client approval
- Platform fees may apply (5–10%)
6. Refunds & Disputes
In case of disputes:
- Both parties must provide evidence
- NexoWork may review and decide the outcome
- Refunds may be issued if work is not delivered as agreed
7. Prohibited Activities
Users may NOT:
- Conduct transactions outside the platform
- Post illegal or harmful content
- Scam or mislead other users
Violation may result in permanent account suspension.
8. Limitation of Liability
NexoWork is a посредник platform and is not responsible for:
- The quality of work delivered
- Losses resulting from user actions
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
